Our Background
Luminessence has over 16 years of expertise in designing and retrofitting lighting systems. Luminessence began in 1994 when we joined with Transalta Utilities in the Jasper Energy Efficiency Program (JEEP). The goal of the program was to reduce energy usage by 500kW in Jasper, Alberta. Afterward, we began a similar program with the Town of Banff, and later broadened our efforts to western Canada.
